Quality

In each moment of Synhydrid® production we continuously monitor its quality. After the end of Synhydrid® production comprehensive and precise evaluation of its quality is realized for each batch.

At first the appearance is evaluated. Synhydrid® has to be clear colourless liquid without presence of solid heterogeneous impurities. Then the concentration of SDMA as active ingredient is determined via hydridic hydrogen content. For this determination hydrogen-volumetric method is used. The value of SDMA content obtained from gas-volumetry determination is stated in each Certificate of Analysis for individual Synhydrid® batches.

Complementarily, the quality of Synhydrid® is checked also by spectral methods – infrared spectroscopy, ¹H-NMR and ²⁷Al-NMR spectroscopy. For this quality check our company use FTIR spectrometer Nicolet iS5 and NMR spectrometer JEOL JNM-ECZ 500 MHz. Moreover, we continuously verify and evaluate stability of each Synhydrid® batch.

All analyses are performed by our qualified staff in compliance with all laboratory standards. Our quality management is certified according to international standard ISO 9001.
